I guess it started this old tin-type, to the left, from my Grandfather's collection, (the one surviving picture of his family). He was renowned for getting depressed and burning most of his relatives photos. My best guess is this is James Jones, Jr. my Grandfather's Grandfather.

And this dapper gentleman to the right was my Grandfather, David Franklin Jones holding his first born, my Aunt Catherine, who was born in 1921. David Franklin Jones was at the ripe old age of 32 while my Grandmother, his second wife, was at the ripe old age of 18 yrs. old.

Welcome to the Family Photos Pages

The picture above is my Granfather's brother, John Arthur Jones. My family always called him Arthur until by chance his granddaughter came across my original site and emailed me. She supplied this younger picture of her Grandfather and found many similarities in the our families and we hadn't even seen each other. I have lost touch with her, but hope once again to speak.

David Franklin Jones, most likely on his was back to Wyandotte, Michigan were he worked at the auto factory. Grandmother always went home to Cedarville, Ohio to have her babies.
My Grandmother, Emma Marie Jones, holding my Aunt Catherine.
A rare get together with my Grandfather's brothers as they were older. Left to right; John Arthur, Edward and Andrew.
